After years of coaching and performing in the sport of gymnastics I’ve come to realize that while injuries are rampant, information on their prevention and rehab is not.

The goal of this site is to provide quick and easy access to information that will prevent injury and speed recovery.  The hope is that it will empower athletes and coaches, allowing those in the sport to enjoy it, rather than stress about it.

As with any “self-help” information, please use it at your own risk.  While the information in these articles is designed to help with diagnosis and treatment, IT IS NOT intended as a substitution for true medical intervention.  If any injury lingers and becomes a limiting factor in your daily life, seek professional medical attention as soon as possible!
